organizing or they may be in business for a year or less.

Early Stage
Capital provided to small businesses that have
expended their initial capital (often in developing and market testing a
prototype), and require funds to initiate full-scale manufacturing and sales.
Expansion Financing
Working capital for the initial expansion of a
small business that is producing and shipping, and has growing accounts receivable
and inventories. Although the small business has made progress, it may not yet be
showing a profit.
Later Stage Financing Capital for major expansion of a small business
whose
sales volume is increasing and that is breaking even or profitable. Funds are

an improved product.
